CRAVIONEX Returns Policy

At CRAVIONEX, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, our Returns Policy provides guidelines and procedures for returning merchandise.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Products must be unused, in the original packaging, with tags attached.
• Sale items are not eligible for returns.
• Gift cards and personalized products cannot be returned.

Return Process

1. Pack the items securely in the original packaging.
2. Include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Once received, we will inspect the items and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Approved returns will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@cravionex.com.
